MONTREAL, July 15, 2020 — Knight Therapeutics Inc. (TSX: GUD) and its wholly owned subsidiary 1178991 CANADA INC. (“Knight“) today announced the launch of the tender offer and the release of the notice for the tender offer process filed by 1178991 CANADA INC. for the acquisition and delisting of all outstanding Brazilian Depositary Receipts of Biotoscana Investments S.A.
In connection with the tender offer, the auction will take place on August 14, 2020. Settlement will be completed within 2 business days following the auction.
