Financial Analyst

 

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of External Reporting, the analyst will play an instrumental and hands-on role in the preparation of the company’s external financial statements, analysis of financial information, presentations as well as play a key role in supporting senior management projects and initiatives.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Preparation of quarterly interim and annual consolidated external financial statements and notes under IFRS
  • Preparation of analysis for quarterly interim and annual MD&A
  • Participate in preparation of key investors’ documents – Management information circular and Annual information form
  • Support of investor relations function (press releases, presentations to investors etc.)
  • Support quarterly reviews and year-end external audits
  • Effectively interact with the different business units and corporate department
  • Learn and understand Knight’s pharmaceutical business and its international aspect
  • Participate in the Financial Reporting team and global Finance’s continuous improvement efforts in sharing knowledge and expertise in collaborating with finance and cross-functional teams to implement best practices to improve financial reporting processes

   Qualifications (Skills/Experience)

  • CPA with minimum 2 years of experience with public companies and/or audit firms
  • ‘Can do’ attitude, focused on achieving results and professional growth
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset

Territory Business Manager – Specialty Sales

 

Company: Knight Therapeutics Inc.

 

Location: Montreal based and the South Shore with travel to Atlantic Canada

 

Position Summary:

Reporting to the National Business Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting innovative therapies that address menopause.

 

  • Consistently meet or exceed annual business and sales performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in understanding and addressing care gaps in the patient journey.
  • Foster a consultative selling approach to identify and leverage added value opportunities.
  • Develop strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders involved in women’s health.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans in line with brand strategies.
  • Demonstrate technical mastery for positioning the safe and effective use of Knight’s value-added solutions in an ethical and compliant manner.
  • Proactively engage external stakeholders in scientific dialogues to ensure that the recommended products are prescribed correctly to eligible patients as required.
  • Ensure learning events are well planned, executed and followed-up.
  • Effectively manage territory resources/spends.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all cross functional team members (including but not limited to marketing, medical, reimbursement) to ensure optimal alignment on business opportunities and priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members by identifying and sharing best practices, and new/relevant scientific literature.
  • Attend/Support sales meetings, medical conferences, rounds, and medical educational forums.
  • Fulfill all administrative duties, account documentation and expense reporting in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit exemplary behavior and strictly abide by all company policies and guidelines.
  • Willingly perform other ad hoc duties assigned as required.

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years pharmaceutical selling experience
  • Mandatory Canadian Pharmaceutical experience
  • Established relationships with therapeutic area experts in women’s health.
  • French and English proficiency, written and spoken
